You've heard about the performance, but now you'll finally be able to see Taylor Swift strut down the runaway with lingerie-clad models at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which airs Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
As previously reported, on the show, Taylor took the stage twice: once to perform "I Knew You Were Trouble," and a second time to sing along with Fall Out Boy on their song "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)." Earlier in the year, Taylor had tweeted how much she liked that song.
During "Trouble," Taylor wore a sexy, sparkly silver minidress. Performing with Fall Out Boy, Taylor wore a glittery short number with a Union Jack print on it, as well as a tiny matching Union Jack top hat and Union Jack shoes.
"I've always loved the idea of the Victoria's Secret show because it's so glamorous, it's so fun, it's so festive," Taylor says. "It's such a show. It's such a spectacle." She adds, "The most exciting thing is getting to perform during a runway show and the fact that it's this runway show…I don't think you can ask for anything better."
You may recall that Taylor's appearance resulted in an apparent diss from model Jessica Hart who, when asked if Taylor had what it takes to be a real Victoria's Secret runway model, said that the singer "didn't fit." Her rep later said said she'd been misquoted, but that was followed by rumors that Victoria's Secret had fired Hart for her comments. That was also denied.
Top models like Adriana Lima, Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge and Adam Levine's fiancée, Behati Prinsloo are also on the bill.
