Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley is a married man. The Florida native tied the knot with girlfriendBrittney Marie Cole in a sunset wedding Monday at his home in Nashville. Tyler's duo partner, Tyler Hubbard, was in attendance for the ceremony, and the couple's engagement was very untraditional.
Brian tells People magazine, "There was no official proposal or exchanging of rings. We had just fallen in love, and I knew I couldn't live without her. It sounds like a terrible cheesy movie, but when you know, you know!"
Brian and Brittney have only been dating for seven months, but there was an attraction from the first time they met three years ago. They both happened to be in relationships with other people at the time, but they started dating earlier this year.
Brian adds, "The first day we hung out, we just knew that it was something real. I'd never wanted to make someone my wife before. I always want her by my side."
Brittney, who is a psychology student at the University of Georgia, found her wedding dress on Etsy and paired it with a feathered headband for the ceremony. The couple plans to honeymoon somewhere tropical and adopt a dog soon. As for having children, Brian says, "One day for sure, but it's too crazy with everything going on right now."
