NON-PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc. is offering a learning opportunity for college and university students to gain first-hand experience in broadcasting. Interns will spend time in the Promotion and Marketing Department, Programming, and Sales to learn all aspects of radio operations.

Interns will be at promotion events interacting with listeners, setting up equipment, speaking with clients, in studio, learning to use broadcast equipment, administratively supporting station staff and having fun!  At scheduled times, staff member will set aside time to give an educational lecture, which will include their employment description, history as well as a question and answer segment.

This is a non-paid internship for all five of the Cumulus stations on the Central Coast:

*KHAY * KBBY * KVYB * KRRF * KVEN*

Requirements: People skills, hardworking, eager to learn, enrolled in college, valid license
