Taylor Swift will be walking away a winner after Wednesday night's 47th Annual CMA Awards in Nashville. The Country Music Association will give Taylor their Pinnacle Award, which recognizes a country artist that has achieved global success unique to country music.
Taylor is the second person ever to receive the Pinnacle Award after Garth Brooks, who was given the honor in 2005. She's up for six other awards Wednesday night, including Entertainer of the Year. Also look for Taylor to perform "Red" on the CMA Awards with Alison Krauss and Vince Gill.
The 47th Annual CMA Awards broadcast live from Nashville Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
