Kip Moore doesn't mind his fans taking a few photos or videos with their phones at his concerts, but he's saddened to see concertgoers keep their phones in their hands through the entire show.

"It's upsetting that people have lost the ability to live in the moment, and I think it's only gonna get worse and worse," Kip says. "There's some times in a show when I'll go sing right to somebody face to face, and they'll waste the whole ten seconds trying to get their phone out of their pocket, and by the time they finally look up, I'm gone."

Kip hopes fans who come to his shows will be able to put down their phones and have some real eye-to-eye contact with him.

He adds, "It's like, 'Dude, put the phone down and just enjoy what's going on right now,' you know?"

Kip will be working to really connect with his fans at his show Friday night in Jacksonville, FL.
