Luke Bryan and Eric Church have signed on to headline the 2nd Annual Rock the Ocean's Tortuga Music Festival in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, April 12 and 13, 2014. Billy Currington, Cole Swindell, Brett Eldredge,Frankie Ballard and Chase Rice are among the other stars included in the festival's talent lineup. More performers will be announced in the coming weeks.
