Perez, born and raised in Ventura County on February 16th, started his career as a house party DJ back while he was in high school. He then became a local radio DJ for KMIX 106 in Ojai, CA Saturday nights from 9 pm to midnight. In 1998, he was offered a position at KSEQ Q97 in Fresno as the night time DJ. Realizing that he’s missed the Southern California vibe, he decided to make his way back down with a stint at KISV KISS 94.1 in Bakersfield, then finally moved back to his home town here in Ventura County to KVYB 103.3 The Vibe from 2006-2007.
